1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless it was defective or the wrong item was sent.

 


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Innerwear and socks

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 30 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

For trackable items, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return procedures.
