1. Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 8–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during:
    • Festive seasons
    • Public holidays
    • High-volume sale periods
    • Courier or logistics-related delays

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 (or as mentioned during promotional offers).
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time through our courier partner’s portal.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across most pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners.
  • If your address is not serviceable, our support team will contact you for:
    • An alternative delivery address, or
    • A refund (if applicable)

5. Delays or Unforeseen Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, certain factors may cause unavoidable delays, such as:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Strikes or local restrictions
  • Courier network delays
  • Natural disasters or emergencies

We will always try to keep you updated in such situations.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible pin codes and orders within a specific value limit.
  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to:
    • Restriction of COD option
    • Temporary or permanent account limitations

7. Undelivered Orders

If your order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Repeated delivery refusals

Then:

  • The package may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-shipment can be arranged upon customer request (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or missing items:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and its contents.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@hapandhope.com

Our team will investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.


9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Hap & Hope currently serves domestic deliveries within India only.
