From Puthanpalli to Kerala’s Hearts

From a modest store in Puthanpalli in 2018, Mr. Mohammed Ramshad and Mr. Badarul Muneer embarked on a journey to redefine children’s fashion in Kerala. With a shared vision and relentless dedication, the duo launched Hap & Hope, a brand committed to offering high-quality clothing, apparel, and accessories for kids.

Their goal was simple yet bold—to ensure every child enjoys the best the market has to offer, without compromise.

While Mr. Ramshad leads procurement with a sharp focus on sourcing only authentic, premium-grade materials, Mr. Badaru oversees the smooth coordination and operations of their parent company, RNB Fashion.

Their unwavering commitment to quality and stakeholder relationships has shaped Hap & Hope into a beloved name across Kerala. With eyes set on national expansion, the founders envision Hap & Hope reaching every corner of India within the next five years—powered by strategic growth and a customer-first philosophy.

Our Mission

Hap & Hope is committed to starting its own production units, increasing the range of imported items, and crafting products using internationally sourced materials. The brand focuses on maintaining high quality standards, adopting global practices, and delivering premium products that resonate with both style and functionality.

At Hap & Hope, each showroom is currently supported by a dedicated team of 5-10 employees, working together to deliver top-notch service and seamless operations. In the next 5 years, we plan to expand our team to over 250 employees, with structured levels of management to support our growing network of outlets. This growth will ensure we maintain our high standards of service and quality, helping us continue to thrive as a brand.
